I forgot / misplaced my password. What can I do to open my vault?
If you forgot or misplaced your access password you can use your license password to open your vault.
Your license password was generated and given to you at the time of download. If you have selected "save license password" during the purchase and download software process, you can email our clanki team on the contact page at www.nokvault.com, and we will send you a copy of your license password via e-mail. If you lost both of your passwords and you did not store the license password with us for safekeeping, then you can no longer open the vault. It is therefore ESSENTIAL that you remember your password.
