Why can I not login to Buy Now download center?
In order to login to the Download Center you must be registered as a user, which is free. If you purchase nokVAULT you will automatically receive your User Login information on your e-mail. Otherwise, all you need is an e-mail that you enter during free product download.
Most common issues with login problems are Account Activations and Passwords. If you have not purchased nokVAULT and you want to register as a free usef for the Buy Now tab:
- Click "Download nokVAULT Now" on top of any page in www.nokVAULT.com to downlaod a free nokVAULT generation/download program
- Start the downloaded program and enter your e-mail on the second screen during product generation/download
- Click on the “Activate your User Account” in the activation e-mail received from the Download Center, which will open the Download section in your browser
- Login via the “Registered User Login” section on the Buy Now tab by entering the temporary login information (your e-mail and temporary password) provided in the activation e-mail received
- Complete the Registration form by providing at a minimum you user name and your new password and by clicking the Complete Registration button in the form.
You are now a Registered User and you canaccess the Download Center
If you are a Registered User and you are having trouble logging into the Download Center, you may have to click on the “Forgot my password” link in the Download tab in order to have your password e-mailed to you. If you are still having trouble, contact us via the Contact section.
