How to Email Encrypted FIles in nokVAULT?

With nokVAULT, e-mailing encrypted files is easy. Here is how:
1) Open your nokVAULT
2) Right-click any encrypted file that you wish to Export from your nokVAULT
3) Select “Export” from the nokVAULT sub-menu
4) Select the Key you wish to use for Export (or create a new one) and click “OK”
nokVAULT will create the new .NOK file with the Exported Icon on it. When you are ready to email the encrypted .NOK file to another user, simply:
1) Attach the .NOK file to any e-mail
2) Tell the recipient the Key that was used to Export the file (For additional security reasons you may choose to send them the Key in a separate e-mail or text message.)
The recipient of the e-mail containing the attached .NOK file must now Import the file into their personal nokVAULT system with the Key used to originally export the file (See How to Import a File). To maintain the highest security of your emailed documents, we recommend that you setup individual user specific Keys.
