nokVAULT can be used as Secure Delete Software or Eraser Software.  Secure Erase or Secure Delete is a File Schredder tool that allows you to completely delete a file or folder.  With nokVAULT you can Permanently Delete a file or folder from the computer without a trace.

Typically when you delete a file via an operating system like Windows, the file will appear to be gone, but actually the files still reside on your computer hardware, even when you empty your trash bin.  This makes deleted files accessible by anyone who knows how to retrieve them. 

nokVAULT solves this problem, as a Privacy Eraser, by completely erasing computer data.  nokVAULT must be in open mode in order to securely erase a file.

1) Right-click on any file you wish to securely erase
2) Select "Secure Erase" from the nokVAULT sub-menu
3) Click "Yes" to permanently erase the selected file

nokVAULT Secure Erase deletes computer data from the operating system and any linked traces to such deleted files on the hard drive, guaranteeing that your information are completely destroyed and unrecoverable by anyone or any utility.
